Psychological counseling

Psychological counseling is a point of contact for people seeking support in challenging life situations or psychological stress. The counseling is anonymous, no one has to give personal data.

Common concerns are:

  • Relief talks in crisis situations

  • Joint search for triggers, causes and connections and solutions in case of psychological stress

  • Information on support and therapy services in Leipzig

  • Professional information on various therapy methods and support in finding a suitable psychotherapy place

No diagnoses are made during psychological consultations. In acute crises, please contact the Social Psychiatric Service of the City of Leipzig or, in an emergency, contact 112.

Every Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. during Open Office Hours (no appointment necessary).

-

Every 2nd Thursday from 17-19 (even calendar week, every 14 days) with registration.
