Open office hours

All counseling sessions take place here at the same time: general social counseling, psychological counseling, everyday counseling and health counseling.

Together we can:

  • discuss worries and fears

  • clarify which support is necessary and desired

  • look for relief in everyday life

  • organize further offers of help

  • find information that will help

  • fill out applications for health insurance or authorities (job center, housing allowance, child support, ...)

We work confidentially and at eye level.
We show solidarity and respect your self-determination.

Our counseling team is currently staffed with the professions of social work, health and nursing, occupational therapy and psychology - therefore our consultation hours are interdisciplinary.

More about the individual consultations:

Our counseling sessions are currently staffed by white people only . We are aware that many BIPoC (Black Indigenous and People of Color) have to deal with racial discrimination, especially in counseling and therapy contexts - i.e. particularly vulnerable situations. We see ourselves as a power-critical collective and try to deal with this issue permanently and to educate ourselves. In counseling contexts, however, we would like to recognize above all your expertise and power of definition in relation to experiences of discrimination, which you bring to the counseling for your own concerns and with your specific background.

every Wednesday from 11 to 13 without registration
